"Poor thing, after all this time since his family died in that explosion..."

The nurse sighed as she held the stuffed rabbit in her hands gingerly before stepping over to the teen boy's bed. His eyes staring off into space and gave no indication whatsoever that he noticed her there. His wrists bandaged from where he slashed them with a knife he somehow got from the orderlies.

Shaking her head, the nurse placed the rabbit in the boy's arm.

"Maybe this old rabbit might help a bit..."

With that, she turned and left the room. Locking the door behind her.

Danny didn't move for a second.

Then he brought the rabbit closer to his person.

The rabbit turned to him then and said in a grave voice,
"Save us Danny!"

A gasp and then a scream filled the room. Then silence...
