Yeah, it's a Raichu.Raichu is one of my favourite Pokémon.
I had to take a foto of it because my scanner ALWAYS destroys the quality. <.< But now you can't see the background very well... Hope that isn't to bad... Yeah, the background should be yellow with a lightning, but... Yeah, you can't see it. ._.
