My meme is different from everyone else's.It's special.

I know I like the colors red and blue. But this is ridiculous
I need to make, like, fluorescent yellow and green themed picture or something.

In honesty that I why I am afraid to do it. I did pencil work up till last year. Than I did about 95% photoshop.
While I don't think I've progressed any I can see improvement in yours. I really see a difference in color preferences throughout each year. I really see sured-up well defined lines and crispier images.

Colorful is good, Kathy. The more the merrier, just keep the balance of value, contrast, etc.

Ohhhh, the petals are so easy!
They look best against a dark background.
1. Make a new layer on the top.
2. Use a fuzzy brush and draw a fuzzy colored circle.
3. Use a sharp edged brush with white, and draw a white petal in the middle of the fuzzy colored circle
And you're done! Super easy glowy-ness *3*

wow you're right. I never notice before how much you used red and blue. I can see some improvement when you compare your early work to you new work. Your newer work you use brighter colors and contracts than the earlier work.
