So the inspiration behind this one was from a while ago. I was just coming home from the city on a train. It was a grey gross day and as I looked back at the city, I saw this MASSIVE heart balloon. I wish wish WISH I had a camera on me, because it was gorgeous! I later found out that a guy had put the balloon there and asked his girlfriend to marry him. Adorable!I know how much you guys like it when I use my eyelashes, so I did the same as my city eyes, but this time just stuck with the silver instead of the gold.
What I used:
L'oreal black liquid eyeliner
Rubies Halloween cream make-up
Body shop mineral powder
No-Name red lipstick.

It's everywhere during the halloween season! I can find it in pretty much every grocery store or places like walmart!

This is so romantic, and the colors are fantastic. I love how the silvery-white contrasts with the black beautifully, and the red heart just sets it off sweetly.

I use pins for the tiny details!
Usually from 1-2 hours, depending on the difficulty.
Yup! I am constantly opening and closing my eyes to see what I'm doing, it stays on quite well, I never really have problems with it smudging!

I really like this one, all of your makeup is amazing, but something about this one really seems like it has more of a 'story' behind it, and though you told one, there's also something we might come up with our own, but it seems to have a more powerful emotional pull to it. Great job
