Your sketches are so completely amazing! Shes beautiful! And the lines seem so smooth and dark. Mine are always too light for the scanner! Do you have any tips for making traditional sketches look darker for scanning??

If you want to achieve darker shades simply use higher grading scale of your pencils, I use HB, B and sometimes 2B. The other solution for this is to enhance your scans through Photoshop or similar programs. My scanner is not perfect either, so I always retouch my drawings before posting online

You helped a lot!
I usually use 3h for my first draft sketching, mostly because its so easy to erase and i tend to do everything on the same sheet of paper, i dont want to ruin it with too much hard eraser use lol but I will start trusting myself a bit more and use darker pencils! Ive started already, i just posted some lineart on which i retraced my lines with a 6b pencil! Thanks for your advice!
