Yes long hair can be such a pain. My hair lenght is currently somewhat down to the breast region, but used to be at least 30 cm longer (I just had it cut )

I bet. When I was 12, I ended up getting bubble gum stuck in my hair so badly, mom cut it to my shoulders, I cried!!

Yes, sadly the other major haircut I had as a child was when I got pitch in my hair from climbing a fir tree. My mom tried smearing it with butter, and all sorts of stuff. She gave up and cut my hair instead. I think I put my mom through a lot as a child. I remember her spraying me off on our front porch with a hose because I was so dirty!

*LMAO* That must have been freezing for you! Water in a hose is always soo cold (How on Earth did you get that dirty anyway?)

Oh poor you and you hair I've never had much problems with it, when I was five or something like that my hair was cut short (over my ears) over and over again which finally left me with really thick hair, and because of the cutting I didn't get really long hair before an age where I was able to look after it.
