Well, what can I say here to such a wonderful photograph? I've had it sitting here in my bookmarks of my browser for a good few months now, and I can safely say it's only grown on me since I first saw it, and it's certainly becoming more apparent the intricacies of the linework you've captured, the form itself and the descreet units formed by body and background.
I'm not sure if the background was planned or intentional to any degree, but this shot almost seems to have the soul and feeling of one that you just snap off, with no prior thought about it from subject or artist. Either way, the background enhances the shot quite a bit, and virtually boosts the subject so much more than it would have if it were any other type. To me personally, a portrait with such a property of spontenaity is a better reflection of the model's nature, and the feeling this shot inspires is that she's gentle, and although she's what the general public would consider to be an "eyesore", I personally agree with you that she does indeed look beautiful. To capture that is wonderful, so I give you great props for that.
Well, there's not a whole lot I can say in way of anything which needs fixing, so I'll jump straight past that.
Lovely shot, and definately a beautiful representation of your photographic skills. To turn something people see as ugly and downtrodden into something glorious and an embodiment of beauty is amazing, so much kudos. I'd love to see more like it

it looks sort of weird down, it just looks like a really bad hair cut almost, its sort of uneven, and has a sort of thin uneven look to it. It doesnt make her look ugly or anything, but it just looks liek the hawk got sad and wilted lol
