Description
A long overdue four character full illustration commission for ~Firebringer of her and her husbands World of Warcraft characters and their pets! Fire gave me a LOT of creative control with the armor and weapons, so their gear is not accurate to the gear in the game at all. Having that creative control made me really enjoy such a highly detailed commission a LOT more than I would have I think. In fact, even though it took me ages to complete I really loved working on this!Just a note, I have never played World of Warcraft! So I can't answer any questions whose answers would require knowledge of the game.

for not having played the game, this is a very acurate representation of the characters and the pets. I've played as a hunter even and this is a very very good. I wish they had cool weapons like this though.

Beautiful detail and colors! I love how you made the eyes of the characters and their pets the same color, as well as the armors.

Both of these characters seem too human-sized in comparison to their pets. Both species are considerably taller than humans.

This is fantastic! I've been leveling my hunter lately and I have a habit of matching my pets colors to those of my hunter (blue-skin/white-haired troll so all her pets are either blue or white). The proportions are a little off on the figure, but the coloring is spot on. A really beautiful piece!

good call on the gear. A major nitpick of players is that the best gear for their characters often makes them a mismatched visual nightmare. They often look almost ridiculous when you take a good, close look at them as the separate parts have no color scheme or consistency at all.
An amazing picture though. Excellent work that can be appreciated wether you are a fan of the game or not.

Hah! This is amazing...sad I could not be part of the LS but thats okay! (I guess -__-) I am pretty sure you play WoW..WHY in gods name do the guys in my grade make fun of me for playing WoW they act like it is a terrible game...i'm a 13 year old girl so i thoguht it might be the fact i'm a girl and such, i've been playin' since i was 8 (no joke i made a night elf, BIG mistake) Now i have a lvl 80 worgen and am proud as can be! Great work!

We are going to print a copy of this picture on the highest-possible-quality paper, matte it and frame it, and hang it in a prominent location in our home. This image really is beyond anything I could have imagined.
Fire and I are not very picky when it comes to things like the exact shape of the armor, and personally I like the shortened ears on Harvan, compared to the normal length of Night Elf ears (I never quite understood that).
For people wondering, my character (the Night Elf) is Harvan, and Fire's character (the Draenei) is Quaternia. We're both active on Sen'jin, so if you happen to play on that server, look us up!
