In case it looks familiar to anyone, the whole beach thing is inspiered by a scene in Lilo and Stitch.

Well, that's a long story...
Originally, NoDrogs came up with the idea of writting a fic of that. He used Drakken's Mad Science as method for such thing happening. "Make Kim Possible pregnant so she can't fight crime anymore". His mistake was using Shego's DNA for that, which infuriated Shego a lot (That child would he HERS, after all), got her to send Drakken to jail, and then she began to get close to Kim, because she wanted to get to see the child (which later turned out to be twins), since she herself couldn't bear any child (in this story).
The story became WAY too popular. If you search for Kasy and Sheki, the original twins, here in DA, you find DOZENS of fanarts about them. And so, these characters became so popular that other writers wanted to use them as well. There comes King in Yellow.
KiY wrote his own KiGo series, in which Kasy and Sheki showed up eventually. Kim was also the one to bear them in this story, but KiY made the process far more complex for the sake of realism and other reasons (this time, the pregnancy was Kim's choise, not something imposed on her). And later on in the story, with the twins grown and Kim and Shego having a more stable life, they decide to have another child, this one carried by Shego (Who can bear child in this series), and so Jane, the little sister, was brought to life.
...I made that too long, didn't I?

My suggestion after reading that is going to his profile after you read that. He has a whole list of the series in chronological order (There's somewhere around 70+ stories for his BE series). Otherwise you're brain will explode trying to figure out which story is next in line to read

Kinda can't help but to feel Sheki looks too much like a clone of Shego lacking her distinctive hairstyle (which you can see in her fanarts of Rinacat and Hazura Sinner) but even so, it's still an amazing work overall.

Based on "Another Nightmare before Christmas" by KiY all three are similar to Mommy Kim in look, but Jane is less green than her sisters
