I weren't sure if I wanted to post this one or not, it's kind of a spoiler for my fancomic. I'm not telling you who she is, you'll just have to wait and see.
Edit: Meh. She was a Shego clone (as some of you already guessed) Even if this is comic related, I'm not going to delete it. ^^

I like her design. Very awsome. Hmmm...'Midori' means 'green' in Japanese if I'm not mistaken. And she looks quite a bit like Shego in my opinion. I think the plasma hands kinda resemble Shego too. Perhaps a clone? Or...I dunno. I'll just wait and see. ^__^ Awsome pic!

Yep... a genetic construct based off Shego. Probably with her own variations. I bet the Glow made being a perfect copy impossible.

She really does look like a Kim Possible character so you did good with maintaining the original style with your own!
It's hard to believe this is just traditional art, it looks so clean and shiny like digital! But that's a good thing

I changed the color and made it a little more shinyer on photoshop to make it look better, but other than that it's traditional.
