Her proportions freak me out a bit (I guess it's the perspective?) but it does help give the image a fun little "Zoom'n in" feel.

Great work. The glowing effect of the background is great, especially how it lights the buildings. The design of her outfit is awesome (the spiky shoulder plate looks dead cool), and the lighting has been done well over the figure.
