I make such things for sell, but accordings to the orders usually. The engraving is variable, so I can engrave exactly what my customer wants.

In theory - yes. Practically, it would be much easier and chiper for you to do this in USA. It can be very easy broken or lost by sending it to Moscow and back to you.
