Description
A member of the group Dementia which fights against the world-controlling AI matrix known as "The System". He is the right-hand man to Dementia's leader, Xenon Magnes. Like all members of Dementia, Caleb possesses unique abilities; in his case to manipulate emotions en-masse through the use of a mask that channels his powers.

Caleb is initially emotionally stagnant himself until his intimate lover Delilah is accidentally killed by Stan. The loss of Deliliah sends Caleb into a state of uncontrollable insanity, and endangers countless lives. He is eventually cornered in an elegant ballroom, where he is stabbed to death by Karin Lyria.
