T-O stands for Terra Obscura. It's the name given to the world associated with a few of my more recent OC's. They have their own stories associated with them. T-O now includes Rai, Kenta, Cody, Serge, Kitty, Stephie, and a few other people you've probably never hear of.

Vector is a Mandrite bounty hunter from a realm outside our own existence. A different "sphere" as its called, which is much further away than simply a parallel dimension. He's an amphibian actually! Or close to one. The hair on his head is actually a sensory organ for detecting fluctuations in weather. He wears a guyver-esque biosuit to track down a creature known as the Syte.
