Yeah... Archeops is my favorite fossil Pokemon, but I HATE how it has one of the WORST abilities in the game!!!!!

I guess Archeops is the unovian Regigigas as far as stats and abilities go. They both have insane stats of one or two, but has a crappy ability. XD
Also I play Pokemon Moon and Ultra Moon (though I've been playing Ultra Moon more though) and Archen's fossil was one of the ones you could get in the games the easy way. (there were a select few you could buy at one store one from each past gen that had their own special fossil Pokemon, and the other ones you could acquire from the mines in Poke Pelago).

Although I think archeops is the better of the two since the stat drop only happens when it hits halfway. Regigas has the short end of the stick, having all this power, but it won't even get to use it because 5 turns will be too late for it. Slaking could also be a good comparison becuase both are non-legendaries with legendary stats, affected by hindering abilities.
I see, then again, I'll admit, I need to get around to Ultra Moon, I haven't bought it yet

Yeah. You're right. I forgot about Slaking. You can't get Vigoroth as a Island Scan Pokemon in Ultra Moon (I've played it), and Regigigas is one of the legendaries that can be caught through the Ultra Wormholes only in Ultra Moon (But if you've been on the Ultra Moon website you probably don't need me to tell you this XD).

Yeah. I just went with the same team I had for Moon, except Lunala who is still kinda on the team since in I use Dawn Wings Necrozma for the extra power. Back on the subject of bad abilities, I also remembered klutz. I've really tried to figure out how an ability that prevents you from using items would be good outside of maybe someone tricking or switcherooing (I know that's not a word but who cares XD) a bad item like a Flame orb (unless you're going with a guts or quick feet tactic) or iron ball (unless you're going for a trick room tactic and their Pokemon isn't slow enough for you XD), or a lagging tail, etc.

Hmmmmm, true, it's really awkwardΒ to use and the use is very limited. I was going to say you could use Fling on the item in question, although, I forgot if it swaps the item as well

Yeah... I mean I tend to give my Pokemon in Ultra Moon/regular Moon either Z-Crystals to hold, Shuca Berries (since I use a Xurkitree and Salazzle for my main team) or items to increase their certain type attacks.

I'm guessing the same thing went against adding Haywire, Throw, Boggle, Salsa, or one of Chuggaa's many Lillipup.
