Nice work on this, I don't often see this kind of technique for sketches.One thing bothers me, the clothes: You made thin strokes for the face, hair, etc but the thick black parts are distracting from the main subject.

While the sketch contains good structure and realism the differentiating methods of tools makes it look too chaotic.
While others may like the cross hatch shading for me it just lowers the overall appeal of it.

Wow great textures and cross hatching! I love the thick lines on the jumper and the thin scribbily lines for the hair, from afar it looks very real!
