To add, it feels like as if he's 'playing' our lives (as in time) through the instrument. The sorrows, happy times, crecsendo, and the end. He's also dressed rather Pierrot like which I love.

There's an odd sense of tension in this pictue. The figure is beautiful yet androgenous, as Time has no gender; the background is tenuous and distant, (the unformed future?), while the bare austere couch and the violin seem to me to say we make of the present what we will, either creative and spiritual, or bleak and materialistic.
I love this and have fav'd it.
