My scanner was being extra spiteful today. Usually it removes contrast, today, went overboard on it. I can't win, bitter thing.A commission for my aunt. The dog on top is Ginger, the bottom is Cloe, and they're both golden retrievers. Cloe is a bit of a 'dumb blonde' and just now getting in her feathers (The fluffy bits) and Ginger is a bit older and looks liek a giant cocker spaniel.
To be updated with a better scan if I can coax it out of the blasted machine.

Impressive detailing on this, too. How do you ever have patience for that? My wrist hurts even with my Wacom, not to mention the mess I'd make with the side of my hand when working traditionally. The fur looks very good.

Back. I love the way you did the fur in this. Has a perfect texture to it. The eyes look equally good.
