I... I wanted to do something erring on the side of simple. I figured a couple base would be in order but couldn't really deecide on one to do and I have no idea how I picked this instead and thought it'd be easier to do. Katsu hurt itself in its confusion, perhaps?
This also gives me sylvester feels, but when looking at it closely it just is a celebration of the second season premiere. I have no idea why I connect it with s- wait, I don't think I've ever seen that word around english-speaking internet, it's just called New Year's, I think...? Anyway, there's just something about the party popper, the star-shaped cookie, the pastry bag, the cake and the tv screen in the back that I can just see the new year's numerals showing up on...
*Title is basically false advertising because there's only one Popipa member, but wordplay with party popper was the best (and only) idea I had.
