People also need to stop blaming video games for violent behavior too.

You don't see me running around killing people because of Happy Tree Friends, and I watched that shit when I was 14.

The real trouble is most cartoon, as well as books, comics, music, TV sitcoms, comedy shows and more others reflect on real life drama, conflict and issues that everybody go through day after day and most of the time those things don't work out from beginning to end.
Adults are likely the ones who blame things like this, mostly because of the effects they have on kids.

My aunt once told me that kids shoot up schools from watching South Park...
She needs to start watching something other than the news.

My 3rd grade teacher thinks cartoons are the reason why kids go ape-shit.

Its just the childrens maturity and the lack of parenting that makes a child violent enough.

IKR? Parents shouldn't dread that lecturing kids will bore the kids out of their minds or confuse them to an overwhelming extreme, which could easily be explained by that "wah wah wah" sound in the Peanuts cartoons!

Or maybe you should spend time with them and listen to them more. That's what a real parent would do, it's what all parents, and I mean ALL parents should not do.

To me its the person's behavior not the Cartoon.

I only imitated Tom and Jerry's slapstick in my imagination. Because I knew that Tom and Jerry's slapstick can hurt or kill someone in real life. I still know this, for the record.

I agree. Has it ever occurred to censors that maybe violence is just a natural urge that can come about on its own (even without purpose or provocation)?
Violence has been around since before video games and cartoons. And that is not to be forgotten.

I totally agree. People act like violence is completely man made, but that is something that's as old as the first single-cellular organisms!

I don't think many people blame it on cartoons these days, they've moved onto video games. -_-

Oh, I thought I should make this stamp for people who still hears people nagging about it or something like that(because i'm kinda dealing with few who say stuff like that about cartoons and videogames).
