Is what Barney said a reference to his alleged crush on Elmira? And the theory that Elmira might be Mira's birth mother?

But then the thing is that Mira was supposed to be in Kingdom, but scrapped fairly late but there still is a model of her. So that comes to the question why it seems like Barney tries to "hide" his crush on Elmira from everyone and how everything comes to place.
Theory 1: They had a thing, Mira was born, they broke up, but now they are dating again.
Theory 2: Barney is an secret admirer of Elmira and named his daughter after her but Mira and Elmira has no relations with each other.
Theory 3: The timeline is fucked up and Elmira is Mira's mother but somehow Barney treats the relationship as a secret from everyone else on the island and Mira somehow ended up at Shipwreck cove (the island that was scrapped.)

Okay so unrelated to the page, but I have an idea for a later page.Β Basically, Buddy just drops the happy-go-lucky thing for a moment to seriously call someone out on their BS.Β I'm thinking the scenario being that Rosalyn recognizes Kat from Simville and starts to deliver a rant about how Kat messed things up there, and that she doesn't trust Kat for even a second.Β Now it doesn't have to be that specific scenario, but I feel like someone being incredibly mean to Kat would be the cause of the sudden shift.Β Check the trope "O.O.C. is Serious Business" to perhaps get some ideas of how to make it work.
