Description
This is a commission for On his character in color with more detailed coloring and with a simple background.
Donna's signature item is the banana or the bananapeel. She also got the colors in her outfit inspired by the colors of the banana. I kept the original outfit design but This girl needed to be drawn in my style! I like curvy girls and for me, this is the best kind (And shows the best part).Β
My idea of this pic was to make a pin-up pose with a...I don't know, but I just got a vision of that friutposters in the 50's/60's? and wanted a funny, bubbly text to get a feeling of the pinups in the 50's.

I really like that you added banana peel silhouettes on the floor. It's a simple touch that helps reinforce what Donna is all about.
I also like what you did to the hair. Its clumpy and curly like Cake icing. And I appreciate you putting lipstick on her. I tend to draw Donna "plain" and so I like it when people go out of their way to add things like makeup and jewelry.
The main thing is the pose though: Standing on her tippy toes, body turned away from us, a hand digging through her hair while the other dangles a banana peel as if some gentlemen would treat it like a handkerchief and Β run in to catch it before it touches the ground.
All while we are treated a low angle shot of her butt?
These are the moments that make life worth living.

and the lipstick, I wanted that because of the pin-up feeling I wanted to create and make her more like she looks like she deserves that attention and yeah, if I was a gentleman I would crawl and wait for her to drop that bananapeel and get a greate view at the same time. xD
