Oh, Looney Tunes. They are such a childhood delight that I still look back to even at my half young and half old teen age of fourteen. "What's up doc" by =Kath602 has very great pixel skills from an emoticonist who normally does very small pixels. Her step-up from them to this with encouragement was a grand jump, and everyone can appreciate that she gave so much effort, and it even shows.
Am I being too generous? I would think not. The only issue here is Bugs for being... well, common. However, this doesn't take away from everything else, so ratings stay high.
I think he thing that sticks out to me is the carrot's shading. It looks so amazing, I just can't imagine doing near as good without using it as reference.
