Interesting question regarding whether Tsunade is strong without the use of chakra. She can plow anyone down when she uses her chakra strength, but I'm wondering how strong is she without the chakra.
Anyway, you drew both women well. I like how you drew their arms to show muscle but not overly muscled like say a bodybuilder's.

Tsunade is stronger when it comes to upperbody strentgh though given Mei has no real strength feats and Tsunade could easily shatter boulders and rocks without chakra
