As I understand it, 'Cannibal' is the Japanese version of the West's way of calling someone a troll. So many in some English speaking forums are calling Barto a troll ... he certainly acts the part XD and has become a fave of mine. Out of the mass of new characters that Oda has introduced since PH, I like Barto and Cavendish the most due to their funny behaviors.

People still argue if Barto is 'good or bad', is he gonna be friend, ally or enemy of Luffy's? Well either way it goes I like him.
