How would Sabo react to Kav because I have a feeling he have mixed feelings about her since she was his blood brother's former girlfriend but on the other hand she has chosen to marry an evil villain?

His reaction would be conflicted but he knows he has to do the 'right' thing and stop his 'sister' from doing any more harm and help Luffy and his crew to take her and Doflamingo down.
He would ask her how she had fallen to such a state and why she chosen this path and why would she turn her back on them and their ideals/beliefs about this world.
Kav would correct him; "I never mention sharing the same life/dream as you three; Ace had promised me that he wouldn't die that he would continue to be there and see to it that I was happy."
"I had sacrificed my own ideals, my dreams of achieving this power - This adoration and attention I get from these lowly fucks for that stupid, stupid man who dared to break his promise!"
He would probably understand why because since they were children, he always knew she was someone who was materialistic and someone from a rather demanding and aristocratic family because of her attitude.
