Born to a Sawsbuck and a Gengar, Darielle had been an ecstatic child from the very beginning. She is the first of three children; her siblings are Maxamillion, a young Haunter about 10, and Maya, a small spring forme Deerling of 7. Growing up in a big city, Darielle made many friends throughout her childhood and teenage years, and she can often be found at the post office sending them little gifts or letters. Darielle had always been friendly and seemingly grateful just to be able to experience life. She fell in love with astronomy and anything having to do with space around the time she first entered middle school, as there was a course at her local observatory that anyone could sign up for ( which her father gladly obliged to letting her go). She was introduced to photography through the observatory's Director, when he gifted her with her very first high-definition camera. She had since written for her school paper, as well as taken all of the photographs ( and most for her high school's yearbook ). Back when she had first entered high school, she was set up at the observatory with a job as a tour guide. Saving all of her checks and tips until she was able to move out, she did so, and decided that she would head to Lotus Town. With a tearful goodbye to her parents and siblings and the typical promises of writing and frequent updates, she head out on her own in the world.
