I don't personally do much shipping in anything, but from a narrative perspective, they would make an interesting pair. As it stands in canon, they're foils:
Charlie is born into a position of influence, but is very kind and optimistic. She's always chasing rainbows, and there's one inside every demon.
Allistor, meanwhile, is a mortal soul who climbed the food chain to stand at the top and, like most of Hell, is a cynical, sadistic monster. Hence why he believes every demon is, deep down, a lost cause in the case of rehab; as he says himself, life is our one chance, and those who are in Hell screwed it up.
So them as a pairing would be a simple "opposites attract" situation with additional drama from the two debating their perspectives, having to expand on their experiences to justify those opinions, and even their basic situations of "power from birth" versus "power from effort".

Vivzie, though she implied, never confirmed he was aromantic. Her close friend Faustisse mentioned he was during her stream, but said afterwards that it was not 100% canon as Viv would likely change some things. She left him ace because she wanted the fans to have fun. 

Aromantic or not, they said it shouldn’t stop people from shipping whoever they want.

Meh it's fine. It's not that big a deal its just to be clear that the idea of Charlie with a guy isn't that unlikely. I even know a couple guys in real life claiming to be asexual and one claiming to be aromanic... Is that correct?... Anyways he ended up married with four kids...
So in all reality, a likely pairing? No... Impossible? No.

Oh! I see, well sometimes it just needs time to figure those things out. For example I always thought I was Asexuell and Biromantic. Turned out I'm just lesbian and Biromantic, that's why it always made me uncomfortable thinking about sex.
