Bio:
Frossy Icica is soft-hearted, clumsy and airheaded, and often has their head in the cotton candy clouds. They're mostly known for being a charmer, and with their gleaming purple eyes, they're able to charm any girl, which of course doesn't always work, as some are able to avoid the gleam of their eyes. They're a fast driver, but with poor handling, which they make up for by having the ability to drive off-road, not to mention that they're among the racers with the highest sweetness. Their eyes are not the only prominent feature about them, there's also the pastel frosting hat that they wear and pastel colored hair. Heck, their whole outfit has pastel colors here and there. They're usually kind, but when someone misgenders them, they're...quite intimidating.
