Story:
-Shadow regained her ability to stand.-
Star: "Don't worry, sis, we'll get help!"
Tip: "Just stay here and wait!"
Shadow: "Thanks for trying... to... help... You're the best sister... in the world, Star."
-Star smiled.-
Star: "No problem, sis."
-She and Tip left.-
Shadow: "I hope we can fix this..."
-Suddenly, her eyes glow bright green, and she's lifted into the air.-
Shadow: "WHAT'S HAPPENING TO ME!?"
-She closes her eyes, and suddenly ends up in a white void. Soon after, she hears a voice.-
???: "Do not be afraid. This is your destiny."
Shadow: "Who are you!?"
???: "I am King Sombra."
Shadow: "KING SOMBRA!?"
Sombra: "Indeed."
Shadow: "You tried to take over the crystal empire! Get out of here, NOW!"
Sombra: "I am not truly here. I am in your mind."
Shadow: "But why!?"
Sombra: "Shadow... I am your father."
Shadow: "WHAT!? NO WAY!"
Sombra: "I will make you remember your past."
-The white void is replaced by the Crystal Empire.-
Shadow: "The Crystal Empire... But it doesn't look sad... it looks... happy..."
Sombra: "Keep waiting."
-Suddenly, black crystals sprout up everywhere.-
Flashback Sombra: "My crystal slaves... Your king has returned!"
Crystal Pony 1: "Oh, no!"
Crystal Pony 2: "What are we going to do!?"
F. Sombra: "You can do NOTHING! For I have a daughter now! Together, we will rule over you!"
Flashback Shadow: "Wet's do dis, daddy!"
Cadence: "No... Sombra has returned...!"
Shining Armor: "And he has a daughter...!"
Cadence: "We mustn't let another pony with dark intentions roam Equestria!"
Shining: "But... she's just a foal...!"
Cadence: "Don't worry. We have to call Twilight and her friends, and I'll purify the young one."
-The memory fast-forwards.-
Sombra: "This is where I was defeated... and now, I may only speak to those connected to me through their minds."
Twilight: "Friendship is MAGIC!"
F. Sombra: "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!"
-Rainbow Lasers defeat Sombra in the flashback.-
F. Shadow: "What did you do to daddy!?"
-Cadence approaches her.-
Cadence: "Do not worry, young one... I am here to erase your pain..."
-She erases Flashback Shadow's memories.-
Twilight: "What will you do with her?"
Cadence: "I'm not really sure..."
Twilight: "Well, you COULD raise her yourself, right?"
Cadence: "I suppose..."
-The memory fast-forwards again.-
Shadow: "Wait, we're at Twilight's castle..."
-Twilight walks outside, and she sees Flashback Shadow on the ground.-
Twilight: "Wait... did Cadence send her to me...?"
F. Shadow: "Ooooh! Purple!"
Twilight: "Hello, little one! It's going to be a challenge raising you AND little Star Dust... But I'm up for it!"
-She takes her inside.-
Shadow: "So... Twilight isn't really my mom... and Star isn't really my sister...?"
Sombra: "That is correct."
Shadow: "Wow... I can't believe it..."
Sombra: "Now that you know, you must embrace your destiny!"
Shadow: "No, I really can't believe that silly story! Ha! Nice try, Sombra!"
Sombra: "I tried to convice you to join the darkness, my daughter... but since you don't believe the truth... YOU SHALL BE FORCED TO FOLLOW YOUR DESTINY!"
-Shadow opens her eyes, and is shocked by what she sees.-
