Since I absolutely love Riolu, and my favorite type is Electric, I wanted to make an Electric Type regional variant for my fanmade region, Zelaust.

Zelaustian Riolu:
These rare Pokemon were first discovered around the stormy Northwestern coastal area of Zelaust. The Riolu of this region, due to living there for so long, have adapted to the frequent thunderstorms. They can now generate and store electricity with the Tesla Coils around their necks, although they usually prefer to store it in the electricity sacs on the sides of their head. When they want to use their electricity, they fire spheres of purple thunder from their ears. The lightning bolts on their heads seem to be lightning rods, drawing in electricity from thunderstorms.
Type: Electric
Category: Spark Pokemon
Ability: Lightning Rod or Motor Drive
Hidden Ability: Static
Evolution method: Level up with high friendship while knowing Thunder.

Zelaustian Lucario:
Only Zelaustian Riolu that have proven themselves worthy can evolve into Zelaustian Lucario. Their electricity sacs can now discharge electricity, whether it's for attacking or to prevent overloading, and they can also store electricity in the stripes around their waists. They are rarely seen in the wild, although if wild ones are noticed, they will release a powerful electric blast from their ears. The fur on their chest is also full of static, and rubbing against it will almost always cause a shock.

Zelaustian Mega Lucario:
These powerhouses store electricity in their thundercloud capes, their fists, their feet, their feelers, and, of course, in their Tesla Coils, although they usually use the last of those to generate their electricity. Their ears fire spheres of purple thunder that surpass the power level of Zelaustian Riolu and Zelaustian Lucario's combined, and being hit by an electric punch or kick from this Pokemon can cause humans and weaker Pokemon to faint instantly. However, it struggles to contain even its own power, often going berserk, and it also taunts weak Pokemon.
