this is Marie Antoinette (sp?) from "Rose of Versailles" the prettiest anime of 1979. i started watching it today, and i'm compleatly hooked. it was a little boring at 1st, but now it's really addicting and it's edjimacational too, it's a historical-fiction drama thing. not usually my cup of tea. but... (and when i found out it was inspiration for "Utena" i had to check it out)

the main character is a girl named "Oscar" who was raised a boy and is now the leader of Versailles royal guard and her biggest duties is guarding Marie Antoinette

....anyway, just wanted to advertise my obbsession before i go to bed. i'll probably draw Oscar next time.
