Description Lots of detail to go yet It's taken about 7-8 hours so far already @_@ Pixel art is soooo time consuming, then again, so is cging anime (well it is for me anyway ). Gah, spose if you have any ideas (and I don't mean about changing the girl, if you say to change the pose / clothes etc, I'll eat you). I mean like, adding things, well, things that aren't already in my 'to do' list. Man, I must sound like a bit of a drip about now

hehe ya i have been practicing it for the past day > >;;;;;;
And one rock made me go insane and just outlining the pixel head or body @w@ I geuss getting used to it takes time, im tryng ^^
Yes i noticed the layout wasnt used because after a look around you gallery i found that site XD
And i didnt know its not done O.O it looks great *o*

It's pretty much just the same as cg art ^^ It's just time consuming and done with tiny dots You should really give it a go (maybe not something this big, my parents think I'm insane for doing these XD), I think you'd do well with pixels though ^^ (It kinda just takes a bit to get used to 'pixel arrangements' but once you've done that it's all good ^^). Pixel art is great for designing characters and improving drawings and everything.

Oops, I just realised something.....This is one of my old layouts...(It never actually got used ). If you want to have a preview of the new layout: [link] ^^ Some of the pages aren't quite finished yet.

Sorry about the comment being all over the place, I kinda have to type fast and my mind tends to tell my hands 10 things at once....

Wow--I didn't know Photoshop was able to work with sharp pixels.
Everytime I use the paintbrush, it always ends up being 2 pixels too wide (even on the smallest setting), or doesn't fill in 100% (even when the opacity is set to full).

Yeah I had that at first but if you hold down the mouse button on the Paint brush tool you can use the Pencil tool which gives a real sharp edge ^^ (That's if you're using Photoshop 7, otherwise the pencil tool should be floating around somewhere ). Oh and to set the eraser at pencil mode, there is a drop down box at the top of the screen (beside the sizes etc) and you can choose 'pencil' mode ^^

OMG--Thankies!
Ha-ha-ha, this entire time (well, for the past 7+ yrs) I've been working with about 3 applications all at once (Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro & Paint) just trying to work with pixels, transparency and layers. ;

This be sure to save quite a bit of RAM.
I really should start reading the owners' manual.

....Awesome, to say the least. Awesome. You're designs are so darn.... UNIQUE! Envyness!

Only thing I can suggest is to perhaps put some shadow on/around the grass she's standing on. She just looks like she's been plastered onto the background ^_^;;

... I don't understand how you have the patience.....
