This looks more like mixed media than just straight painting, since the effect on the windows/doors in the back looks like a Photoshop filter.

Maybe is for the lighting, a photoshop brush that makes lighting effects. I paint with photoshop and i use some filters though i retouch them with hand (graphic tablet).
Painting with photoshop includes using its resources and it's digital painting.

And after watching your gallery and its collections, I can't believe that you are telling me that using PS filters is not digital art. Your mixed media are totally photos mixed with a little painting and your digital painting has a lot of photoshop filters and resources, so you are telling me that this one is mixed media? lol

Yes, it's digital painting. Digital painting includes digital resources. I don't know if you know about photoshop, but it's not clicking a button and having the whole draw done. Using a filter requires a painting for giving it draw look. I use not to use a photoshop filter and leaving the draw as well. And the lighting in this draw is hand made, using the line tool drawing fine lines and painting inside in white in another layer, many times, after that, you reduce the opacity of this layer, with some blur, it gives appearance of light.
Blur is used in traditional painting as well.

I probably know more about Photoshop than you do, my friend, considering I've been using it since version 3.0.
Filters do not count as painting, since they automatically create an effect for you rather than you actually painting the effect yourself.
I'm not trying to insult you (even though you seem to be getting more and more insulted by the minute). I'm simply making a commentary.
