well mariasama ga miteru, yami to boushi to hon no tabibito, kashimashi, and strawberry panic, are good and have yuri as the main plot. i wish there were more actual yuri shows out there that focussed on it but theres a lot of good shows that have it in it as a subplot or extreme subtext -mai hime, mai otome, loveless, burst angel, best student council, utena, kiddy grade, noir, kaleidostar, uta kata, negima. i like all of them but it kinda depends on what kind of shows you like
