No that's not a Lalaloopsy OC that's based on the goth culture (though I kinda wish there was one...)!
That's actually Jewel dressed in a gothic victorian outfit complete with hair dye, dressed up by Storm E...

Got the idea from watching Lalaloopsy Girls; Welcome to Lala Prep. For some reason I kept thinking Storm E was actually goth, mainly due to her being the more serious, dark, and quiet sister, polar opposite to her fun, light, and loud sister, Cloud E. IDK maybe she is, maybe she isn't. I'm still seeing the different goth style to see if any of them match up Storm E's looks and personallity.

We're Lalaloopsy, Storm E is pretty much simular to the Girls's version, but not as lonely and serious, and more laid back. I like both versions, but outfit wise I prefer the Girls's version over the Netflix version.

Jewel, being the pretty pink princess (reguardless of any version) I know wouldn't like the gothic look, partially to it not being any form of pink. jewelry's fine, but if the colors don't compliment, it won't work for her. Well she could like the victorian design, but unless it's pink it wouldn't satisfy her.
