This is my first artwork in 2016! So, I thought a deviation of the future could use a little "blast from the past"!
Meet The 70's Guys; Mac and Sonny!
Mac and Sonny are two buds who are fond of 70's culture and living in the "past". They see the world in lots of colors all tie-dyed together!
Mac is one disco maniac who believes that funky hair, mood rings, and a little boogie-woogie gets the "chicks in a tick". Sonny believes in only 2 things, Peace and Free Love! This hippie-of-a-guy can teach you the meaning of the word GROOVY.
Those guys wanna enter the Race so they could use the money to spread the "power" of the 70's to everyone, bringing back the lava lamps, beanbag chairs, pet rocks and bell-bottoms.
Mac is voiced by Paterson Joseph, who has done a lot of tv shows. Sonny is voiced by James Wallis, who also voiced Scott in Revenge of the Island.

Some people call the 70s as a dark age for animated movies, but i don't think it was that bad. A lot of them were enjoyable to watch like The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, The Aristocats and Disney's Robin Hood.
