Liquid latex. There are a lot of tutorials online that show you how to make them
I didn't include them on here, since I had them for previous cosplays.

is the sailcloth just a rectangle? like how is it shaped and how did you make it?

It's 2 1/2 yards of a heavy white cotton fabric. It's really big when it's laid out, so I always fold it into thirds before I wear it. I just tie it around and knot it in the back, nothing too fancy. The design was applique ironed on and satin stitched and the smaller designs are silver thread stitched onto it. I hope that helped

Your jewelry and accessory work is very impressive! May I ask what kind of primer you used on your bracelets to carve the designs?

It's enamel primer and the designs were cut in with a dremel tool with a small round grinding bit.
