Top n bottom looks empty, although there are lot of rainbows' curve there,but i wonder why the curve size are not even, left hand side are bit too thick compare to right hand size...
As for the water area, the shadow of the feris wheel look bit distorted, the shadow of the rainbows look bit not detail enuf, these make the water area looks bit empty, what u can do is, show the shadow of the ribbon too, mayb this will help, or u can enlarge the text below the ribbon n bring it below a bit, didnt u notice that the text is bit unreadable due to the water texture?
For the ribbon, i believe u can do it better touching up, it look too simple
For the title, i m sure it will look more stand out if u can show some effect there...
