Well, if a male did the sexy-no jutsu, and got pregnant, perhaps all his chakra would form artaficial female organs. Of course, if the chakra would be used to hold life then doing jutsus would not be affective because the chakra is directed to other areas. So he would have to be drunk or something when it would happen because he would be left helpless for 9 months...but in the world on ninjutsu,chakra, and demons, I think anything could happen O_o;

actually it is very possable for naruto guys to have kids.
Okay then this is how if during the transformation jutsu if they suistain a serouis fall of some sorts it may mess up with the organs.When they turn back to their normal form and all they could either have no mess ups at all or could have the organs and all from what they where now lets take deidara for instance.
If he where to turn into a girl and fall then turn back t normal he could possably have the females organs and such resulting him being able to have kids

but the problem with that is you would haft to have a large amount of chakara to keep the transformation jutsu, plus dont woman have a specific hormone to stay pregnant...
but the last part of what you said does make a small amount of sence
