The face of the gryphon reminds me of something, but I just can't remember what. (An owl?)
All in all, really nicely done. The headgear mirrors the head-feathers (head-fur?) awesomely.

It's got the owl-ish eye-feathers, but it's also based off a secretary bird (especially with the head feathers).
The headgear is meant to match the gryphon since Nadan and Infared belong to each other.
