Ah, Count Bleck is just in time for Valentine's Day... Or in his case, Single's Awareness Day. Poor count.(In case if you aren't sure, that thing Count Bleck is holding is a flower... Don't know how he got it, but there it is. Just looking romantic.)

I wouldn't fret too much about the obscured-beautiful-hand-of-Bleck. I actually really like how you designed the paper-rose. You've done an excellent job keeping everything very faithful to the Paper Mario style.
Now I'm slightly regretful I never had the opportunity to finish super Paper Mario myself.
