Figured I'd draw a little high contrast Jay Todd Robin. ^^xD And how could I not draw him smoking? The little misbehaved bastard.

I wanted to draw what I think represents how Jason Todd would remember while thinking back on his last days as Robin.
Something rough, dark, clouded...a foggy memory drowning in the anger that literally choked the life out of the boy.
This was really fun to draw...though, I don't really know where it came from.
I may try to expand on this at some point...but, I don't know if it'll ever happen.
I'd even love to do a comic of Jason meeting Stephanie when she's a little girl - maybe saving her life or something, but I don't really know if I'll have the time or energy to actually complete it and I'd hate to see it meet the fate of so many of my other comic projects.
For some reason, without the drive of pleasing a client or my boss, I just can't seem to keep the flow going for a comic half the time. xDDD
I fail.
But, what can I say...I hate when something I'm doing for myself starts to feel like work.

Is his right arm meant to look disproportionately small?

His right arm is masked in the shadow from his cape and actually falls off the page.
Unfortunately, the scanner ate some of my finer details in this area and deformed the image a little bit.
I haven't had the time to go in and fix it.

I didn't want it to be crisp. I wanted it to be faded and dark because that's what I think Jason would see things as when he would remember his own past.
Angry clouds memory...so, I figured he'd probably have a pretty shotty memory of growing up.
