I agree, this is very good! The hair actually looks like hair - well done! If I can offer any constructive advice for this drawing or future drawings, it would be... to take the contrast you so successfully used in the hair and bring it into her left eye (right for viewer), face and neck area. If done sparingly and in the right places the viewers eye will be able to travel around the drawing easier and see everything like the really intricate earring (which could be a little study in itself)(my eye wants the earring to pop more and be all sparkly). It is hard to tell though, sometimes a scan or picture of pencils fade in and out due to the reflection of the graphite during the scan or the light source location when taking a photo, so what I see here on DA may not be as true to the original. Anyways, great work!
