alright look on your keyboard for a button that looks like this

hit that and then open your paint program and then hit select and then hit paste

u don't upload anything just follow this:

press Prt Scr
________
SysRq

then open your art program

then right click

hit paste

and that's it

then if it's too small then try to resize the pic

alright just when u hit submit art find upload file. hit that and then it will show your files, find the file u want, click that and then make sure u put the name on the top where it says deviation title, then hit the catogory button, then pick which ever catogory it goes in, then say something about and and put who owns what in the descritpion box, and the rest should be easy to understand, if u need any more help feel free to ask
