Hey i finally did a holiday picture. I dunno.. Anywho.. im kinda tired.. so.. im going to make this quit. This picture started off at a sketch that did... I took the sketch and inked it and make it into this picture. Im sorry if my pictures are lacking pazaz.. i don't have Photoshop.. So i can't do anything fancy with a background. ^-^! Anywho..Kayiko says Happy Holidays!!

it is a chinese dress.. thats all Kayiko wears.. chinese dresses or little outfits.

^_^ i'll have to find my pic of those, i don't remember how much they go for in the states, but here oyu can get on for alittle under $10 ^__^ so many pretty things for girls to wear. makes me wish once and awhile that guys had more then jeans, t-shirts, and the fancy versions of said stuff.

oh wow... the affects you did with this one are amazing. this shows that people care about detail and style as well. this is a day in age where the amatuer artists are better then the professional artists. very nicely done.

im.. kinda lost about the amatuer artists and the progessional... Like.. what do you mean? Cartooons and movies? or like... Bara-chan.. or what? Just curious. .. cause yah.. you lost me there x.x!

hahaha... well... i mean like cartoonists. it seems now a days, that with american cartoon artwork, it seems any person can make a cartoon. but it seems all the real artists are "amatuer"
they take the time to add detail to their artwork, and it seems like they care about it. when you watch the stuff on disney, nick, and cartoon network, it kind of seems like most people stopped caring about style. granted there are a few rare gems like avatar the last air bender

I will say that being a cartoonist is really hard. Its a lot easyer to be so into detail about everything.. but they have to do thousands of pictures, of almost the same thing.. and being of that.. pictures do get more and more simple... Not that its a great excuse or anything.. but it helps understand why its so not detailed. ... now.. why japanise people are good at it... i don't know... they love being so in detail!!

well, i can see what your saying, but still... it would be nice to see a cartoon that looks... well... different. like for example, wild thornberries. though i dont perticularly dig the style, they still maintain a certain style. they prefer to add detail to the characters and it is very well animated. the same goes for... lets say invader zim. now even though the style is simple, the show is also very well detailed. like i said, there are rare gems out there, but when i say low style, i speak of shows like... danny phantom, or... squidbillies... lol

Actuly, its cuase the way There cartoons are animated is less frames per sec. or, the same pic with only miner things changed (like, someone standing on a cliff, with there hair blowing in the wind. Or looking out a window, with tears straming doewn there face. That sort of thing) Less frames per sec means more detail.
