What a wonderful drawing! ^_^ I love the way you've avoided black outlines, and have gone for another tradition of using darker shades of the main element colour to outline instead. It gives the character his own unique look ^_^ Nicely composed, and you've done a nice job with the choice of background - it's a strong contrast to the blues that make up the character
