I always had this vision that Dragon left Luffy in Garp's care to make the world a better place for him. (Fangirling too much about lost father and son relationships?)

Anyway, it was hard having Luffy smile without that pearly all-teeth exposed smile of his considering babies don't have teeth... It was also hard to make Dragon not look so evil, which I might have failed at. I was trying to keep him in character, even with cute baby Luffy in his arms...
