I know I didn't have to but I thought I'd write some short bios for these beautiful ponies and share them with u. c: Here they are:

1. P(ony) Body
Gender: None/presumably female
Species: Robotic Earth pony
Accessories: Portal gun
Let's just say that GLaDOS wanted to try something..err..NEW. This robotic pony helped to test whether animals(or artificial ones at least) could complete simple tests that were meant for humans.
Likes: Testing, Atlas
Dislikes: Difficult tests, Atlas
Family: I guess Atlas counts since they were both made by GLaDOS

2. Cardinal Moon/Dara(angel of rain and rivers)-still undecided
Gender: Female
Species: Earth pony
Accessories: Cancer crab choker, silver earrings
She is the embodiment of the Cancer Crab. She possesses all of the astrological traits of a typical Cancerian. Do to this, she can be moody and antisocial, but she's really a kind pony with a caring personality.
Likes: Personal space, being alone, nature, swimming, cool days
Dislikes: Hot days, overly-dramatic ponies, seeing her friends and family angry or hurt
Family: Aries, Taurus, Gem and Mini, Leo, etc.

3. Nic Flamel
Gender: Male
Species: Unicorn
Accessories: Alchemist's amulet, occasionally a belt strung with potions
He is a retired alchemist who has started making potions again due to his increased and updated knowledge of the art. He's succeeded in creating many artificial spells that Earth ponies and pegasi can use by means of ingesting a potion.
Likes: Complete silence, being alone, darkness(he works in the dark to better observe reactions between potion ingredients)
Dislikes: Being disturbed/having his work disrupted, loud ponies
Family: Cy(daughter that he hasn't seen in years because he hates children)

4. Fizzy Pop
Gender: Female
Species: Pegasus
Accessories: none
This pegasus is addicted to soda. I mean REALLY ADDICTED TO SODA. She can't go a day without drinking it. She's a young, hyper filly and she looks up to Pinkie Pie, often following her around to share jokes and buy her a soda from time to time.
Likes: SODA, being with others, playing and flying, telling jokes
Dislikes: Being alone, the dark, DIET SODA(she only likes the REAL stuff)
Family: unknown

5. Stygian Star
Gender: Female (but it is said that she can change her gender)
Species: Kirin
Accessories: none
This midnight-maned mare is a species called a Kirin, which is a mysterious relative of the unicorn. She can use very powerful magic that rivals that of the Princesses, but she wouldn't ever think of using her strength to bring harm to others.
Likes: Nature, open places(fields, forests, places where you can see the sky in general)
Dislikes: Being cramped by others(not to be confused with claustrophobia or anti-sociality), poachers/tree-cutters/others who hurt the environment
Family: unknown

6. Deran G. Ed (my personal favorite. :3)
Gender: Male
Species: Earth pony
Accessories: He wears his straight-jacket like its a fur coat
This stallion isn't one you'd want to be within a mile of. He has a generally unstable personality that causes him to have mood swings and violent outbursts. For some reason, mental hospitals can never keep him locked up for long, which is strange because he's only an Earth pony..
Likes: Mental hospitals strangely enough, his "lavely fur jackat"(I imagine him speaking in a British accent and a deep voice with a crazy tone to it~), being with(cough uncomfortablycloseto cough) other ponies
Dislikes: Needles(one tranq too many I suppose), the "big buuuly(burly) chaps in th' whoyte coats"
Family: He claims that he is Applejack, Applebloom, and Big Macintosh's mother.

SHORT HISTORY: Fizzy Twist is a lovable Pegasus who loves soda and sweets, but she can get a bit hyper sometimes. She sometimes works at the Cake's bakery as a soda jockey. As a young filly her mother always warned her about having too many sweets and soda; but it never effected her. Colgate would get annoyed with her now and then for not brushing enough.
LIKES: Soda, Candy, Sweets, Friends, Parties, Anything exciting.

SHORT HISTORY:  Joyous was always bullied as a filly.  Everyone always found a way to laugh at her, tease her, or simply make her life miserable.  Day after day would she think about how she was the laughing stock of the kids in Canterlot, until one day she realized that the only reason they made fun of her was because they wanted something to laugh at....so she gave them one.  She adopted a fun loving attitude, developed an addiction for soda, and became the "class clown" type.  In the end, Joyous was finally happy and wasn't bullied any more.

SHORT HISTORY: Violet Night used to be a harmless unicorn. After she excelled in animal magic forms she developed a spell, a spell used to become different animals. A form a shapeshifter. Violet perfected the magic over time. When she failed to find a person to test the magic out on she tried the spell on herself. It worked for a limited amount of time. Then Violet went insane. All the forms of magic she now used in everyday life overwhelmed her. The Nightmare Forces were 'summoned' by her aura. They easily consumed her. Now she helps in the forests at night, putting all to sleep.

AGE: 37 (if we're going by the same age rate as a human)
GENDER: Male
SEXUAL ORIENTATION: Heterosexual
SHORT HISTORY: He was the only child to his parents, and even at a young age he had a strong desire to serve his princesses, and when he became of age he joined the royal guard. Working his way through the ranks, he had the chance to be one of Princess Celestia's personal guards. He had always been very skilled in his defensive magic, but when he began to see Celestia practice her magic, he truly began to have a deep, burning passion for it. Giving up his duty as a royal guard, he instead became a student to one of Canterlots potion masters, wanting to learn more about the scientific approach to magic. Even as a colt he had enjoyed experimenting, which was how he obtained his cutie mark when a experiment gone wrong turned out to be a new take on a potion that could be used to briefly pause a moment in time. When he began his lessons further into potion work, he excelled. Once confident enough that he could be without his teacher, he set up his own shop in Canterlot for magical items and ingredients, and even began to offer lessons to those who wanted to learn how to practice magic in a more scientific manor.
LIKES: Strawberries, raspberries, vanilla, croquet, dinner parties, music, autumn.
DISLIKES: Snow, disobedience, defiance, childish behavior, unruly behavior, butterscotch.
*FAMILY: His parents decided to move to Baltimare in their old age, so Solar doesn't often get the chance to visit them due to his work but always tries to be with them for major holidays and events. He doesn't have a "very special somepony", granted he has tried over the years but nothing seems to work out in the end, so he mostly dedicates himself to his profession.
*HOBBIES: Star gazing, creating new potions or new versions of already existing potions, teaching his students, reading adventure novels, attending high-class events such as royal parties, and playing croquet. 
*FRIENDS: Solar keeps to himself for the most part, but he does have a few ponies who he likes to keep in touch with. Usually he spends the most time with his students, although once they move on he tends to let them be on their own, unless they come back to him for anything.
*WHERE THEY LIVE: Canterlot
