Bio: Keiko as the only child of a rich family grew up being spoiled but he doesn't really show that side to his parents since he knows they'll stop providing for him if they find out all the horrible things he done behind their back. So while acting the like the loving child towards them he acts all cocky and harmful towards the maids and butlers. He doesn't really care about the family business but he knows he can't really change his parent's mind so he still goes to college even though he mostly skips classes and pay for his grades. When he tells his parents he's "Hanging out with some study buddies" he actually goes to bars and parting with some lovely ladies for the night.

*How he met Hotaru*
While joining he's parents in a meeting for a potential client he met the client's granddaughter Hotaru and thought to himself "Oh they brought a young HOT girl with them hehehe maybe this meeting can be...….interesting after all." After the meeting he starts a small conversion with Hotaru and ask if they can have a drink later but to her response "No I'm busy with all the notes I took in the meeting while you were day dreaming." shocked that she knew about his distasted about the meeting he response with "Oh you were watching me then? Hehe then you must have been bored in the meeting as well?" After a few minutes of them talking she leaves. While driving back home Keiko began to grow interest in Hotaru since he never met a girl who denied his offer to a "friendly" drink.

After a few attempts of flirting with her in every conversion they have after every meeting, she finally flipped and says "OK STOP! HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU!? I ALREADY LOVE SOMEONE!" he knows she's taken since she told him after getting to know her better with time but he even with that knowledge he still tries and say "Oh he doesn't need to know about us...…..besides what's so wrong about us being together? Is it because we're both the elements that counter each other or is because I slept with other women before you?" He doesn't know that much about Hotaru's lover but he doesn't care since he knows he's much better then him and a much better partner for her. While he tries flirting with her he still goes to bars and parting with other ladies to blow off steam after a boring day at college or from a boring day spending time with his parents.
